Dr. Adebisi Oluwaremilekun Ayobami is a Nigerian researcher and development economist with research interests in rural development, food security, gender, and indigenous knowledge systems. She is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute for Food Security and Commercial Agriculture, Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria.

Her work focuses on developing innovative and sustainable solutions to improve rural livelihoods, agricultural productivity, and access to essential services among underserved communities. Through the ANNIMATEK Project, she is leading efforts to document ethno-veterinary knowledge and promote accessible animal healthcare solutions for small ruminant farmers in Northern Nigeria, particularly in Niger State.

Dr. Adebisi has participated in several international research collaborations, conferences, and development initiatives focused on agriculture, climate resilience, digital inclusion, and community-based interventions. She is passionate about bridging research, technology, and local knowledge to create practical solutions for rural communities.

Mr. Musa Ndaji Yahaya is an Agricultural Extension Officer with the Niger State Ministry of Agriculture, with extensive experience in livestock production, agricultural advisory services, and rural community development. Over the years, he has worked closely with smallholder farmers and Indigenous veterinary knowledge holders across Niger and Kaduna States, facilitating knowledge exchange and supporting sustainable livestock management. His work has given him a strong understanding of local farming systems, Indigenous livestock healthcare practices, and the use of botanical and non-botanical remedies in managing animal diseases. He is committed to promoting inclusive agricultural development that recognizes and values Indigenous Knowledge alongside scientific approaches.

Mallam Emmanuel Dauda is an Indigenous livestock healthcare practitioner from Dan- Asabe, Niger State with over one decade of experience treating goats, sheep, and cattle using locally available medicinal plants and culturally transmitted ethnoveterinary practices. He learned the practice from his father and continues to mentor other livestock farmers within his community.

Dr. Luke Adebisi is an Agricultural Economist and a Researcher with Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute in Nigeria. His expertise in Indigenous Knowledge Systems, sustainable livestock production, digital agriculture, and rural development. As he had his PhD validating indigenous materials and practises with scientific methods. He recently assessed the impact of indigenous livestock production in Nigerian livestock industry thereby promoting Indigenous livestock healthcare knowledge through participatory approaches that place communities and knowledge custodians at the centre of innovation. He has led and contributed to several nationally and internationally funded research projects on climate resilience, digital innovation, food security, and ethnoveterinary knowledge. Through the ANI initiative, he is committed to bridging Indigenous Knowledge and scientific research to develop ethical, community-driven digital solutions that support sustainable livestock production and improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers.

Miss. Tinuola Olaniyan holds a Master's degree in Animal Science from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin Nigeria. She has expertise in livestock production, animal nutrition, and sustainable animal health management. Her interests include improving livestock productivity through evidence-based practices while recognizing the value of Indigenous livestock healthcare knowledge. She is passionate about promoting sustainable livestock systems that integrate scientific research with locally developed knowledge and practices.

Dr. Dahiru is an animal scientist, an agribusiness, a project management, technical consultant and applied research professional in agriculture with over a decade of experience conducting capacity building, interdisciplinary research and delivering evidence-based solutions across agricultural systems, agribusiness, and food security domain. Dahiru holds a Bachelor of Agriculture (First Class Honours), MSc and a PhD in Animal Science.
